Hi, I am Marlene and I decided to throw off my wig and put on my apron, making a decision to feed our family better since my personal battle with Cancer. Marlene's Meal Makeovers was built to empower and show families how I took back my families food preparation with my young daughter Dakota in mind. The television show, @Home with Marlene, now seen across the region, gives us these tools and tips we need. I hope you will join me on this journey back to my family's kitchen with simplicity and nutrition in mind and together we can learn how to "Cook Once, Produce Twice".
